Presented by Dr. Nathan Francis, MBBS, FACNEM, ABAARM
President of A5M (AustralAsia Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine), Scientific Advisor – WAAAM Asia

Estrogen Dominance is a very common problem in modern society. Consequently, it contributes to many presentations in clinical practice. This talk will focus on the clinical presentations in three clinical settings, namely the pre-menstrual symptoms, obesity, the post-menopausal woman and the aromatization of Estrogens in the male. The copper to zinc imbalance in Estrogen Dominance will be highlighted to explain the mood changes of pre-menstrual tension. Management of each of the thee clinical settings will be discussed, with herbs, minerals, vitamins and pharmaceutical drugs. The challenging management of the peri-menopausal women will be discussed together with the timing of Progesterone supplementation.
